Refund policy
In order to receive an exchange or store credit approval you must reach out to us first. No approval means no exchange or store credit.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Unfortunately, after 14 days we are not able to grant either a refund or exchange.
We do not provide cash refunds, but you are welcome to exchange your item or receive a store credit.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all exchanged merchandise.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanged merchandise.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as a photo of damaged goods.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at sales@coverdscrubboutique.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11201 Shaker Blvd. #202 Cleveland, Ohio 44104. If items are sent to a different address we are not able to accommodate your exchange.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost of the returned item.

Damages and issues
We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the shipping process. If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we ask that you handle this matter with the carrier.
Although we are not responsible please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right if we are at fault. Otherwise, this issue will have to be handled by the carrier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on medical equipment, cups, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
